3.1 Messaging Program. You agree to receive SMS messages about load booking confirmations, appointment confirmations and updates, pickup and delivery confirmations and updates, missed-call auto replies, and conversational customer support and inquiries only. All messages are informational. Red Rocket Transport does not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

  • 3.2 Opt-In. By providing a mobile phone number to Red Rocket Transport verbally, over the phone, or in person, you consent to receive SMS messages for the purposes described in Section 3.1. Message frequency varies based on communication needs.
  • 3.3 Opt-Out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages from Red Rocket Transport. To resume receiving messages, contact us directly.

  • 3.5 Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Red Rocket Transport is not responsible for charges incurred by the recipient.

  • 3.7 Data Sharing. Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing mentioned elsewhere in this document excludes mobile opt-in data.

    Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents maintain the right to request information about personal information shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. Red Rocket Transport does not share personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes.
